Samsung has been pretty impressive in the Android market their Samsung Galaxy S II has sold over 20 million devices world wide, 5 million of them in South Korea, the place where Samsung’s home land. Now they have reached another huge milestone. The Galaxy Note has sold 5 million devices as reported by Samsung Korea, and it’s only been on sale for 5 months.
I’m sure Samsung is going to shatter its goal of selling 10 million devices worldwide by the end of 2012. I for one didn’t believe the device would sell well when I first heard of it and I though it was kind of gimmicky, but now I’m envious of everyone who owns one. The device was a huge hit and Samsung is looking to extend the Note line of devices with the upcoming Note 10.1 announced at MWC.
