For quite a few months now, Twitter’s latest creation and craze “Vine” has been iOS only and in the last hour or so the button has been released on Vine for Android to enter the play store.

While those screenshots don’t do the app much justice, it looks like the Android team at Twitter have pulled off a fairly good looking app (although I haven’t yet been able to try it out so that will tell). It may also be too late with many other video sharing apps such as cinemagr.am launching already on Android.
Also Twitter has shown another thing that is coming apparent, older Android devices are dying out (those without ICS or above) and Vine only works on ICS+ which is great for making sure the app is easy for Twitter to maintain.
The app features everything the iOS version does, but has an exclusive feature called “Zoom” which has little to no description as to what this does and why it’s so great (if it is at all).
When the app arrives on Google Play you can grab it from the widget or [this link](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.vine.android)
