Even though it’s only a very limited developer preview, Ubuntu Touch has already started being ported to other devices outside of the four Nexus units included by Canonical at yesterday’s release. The OS which allows developers to test their projects and gives an early look at the UI is limited in it’s current state, but that has not stopped the community from porting it other handsets.
A host of apps have also started popping up on Google Plus and other mediums which have been shown to run on the new OS. So far nothing ground breaking has been posted, with the most noticeable being a Gwibber port (Gwibber is the current social media app for Ubuntu Desktop).
