Now we have heard about eye tracking technology but Samsung are taking it one step further. Eye tracking in some applications can be used to achieve instructions, a few years ago this was just in the land of sci-fi films.
Samsung has said will be adding the technology to the Galaxy SIII, the technology is called “Smart Stay. The function can be detected by the front camera to the user’s eye movement trajectory, this way you can read the book or page to follow the user’s eye operation. You will not need to flip the page with your digit, instead through “Smart Stay” your eye movement will know when you get to the bottom of the page and, will flip the page for you.
Samsung today successfully registered trademarks, and equipment to the phone.
This technique sounds very good, just when will the real application will be on the phone we can’t say but, Samsung normally update their Touch-Wiz UI annually, so we hope that this year Samsung Galaxy S III will have this feature.
