If you’re looking for a budget tablet, the Gemini D7 may be for you. If so, Three has a deal for you. The UK carrier is offering the tablet for £99 bundled with a MiFi. This will allow use of the wi-fi only device over Three’s cellular network.
The D7 is driven by a dual core processor and Android 4.1. The 7-incher also has 512MB RAM, HDMI out and expandable storage via micro-SD up to 32GB. That last bit is important, as the device itself only ships with 4GB internal storage.
As far as cheap tablets go, this should suffice for very light work. If you’re using a tablet for checking email and surfing the web, this might be an option for you. Just be aware there may be better options out there if you want to play games or do anything more intensive.
