With today’s smartphone and tablet market allowing for only the flagship and higher end devices to have an “Oleophobic” (from the Latin oleum “oil”, Greek ελαιοφοβικό eleophobico from έλαιο eleo “oil” and φόβος phobos “fear”) refers to the physical property of a molecule that is repelled from oil. The most common lipophobic substance is water. screen it’s hardly surprising that the accessories market is covered in screen protectors and cleaning solutions. With so many on the market you have to ask the question, “which is best?” and in this review we can hopefully answer that question for you.
It’s worth pointing out at this point in the review that the CleanSeal Liquid Screen Cleaning and Protection fluid is not the same technology that is found in the Crystalusion Liquid Glass product. CleanSeal is a product designed to provide a resistive layer that protects coated surfaces from dirt, fingerprints, smudges, abrasion and bacteria whereas Crystalusion is silica molecules based designed to clean and repair minor scratches.

[toggle title=”Using the Product” state=”close” ]Application of the product is fool-proof, the bottle has a tiny nozzle that allows for only a drip of the solution to come out at any one time which aids in sticking to the 5 drops per phone and 12 drops per tablet guide that the company recommends.
[toggle title=”Thoughts on the Product” state=”open” ] CleanSeal Liquid Screen Cleaning and Protection fluid is a great product. It pretty much does exactly what it says on the tin (or bottle) and cleans away any smudges instantly with little to no effort.
One of the things I love about this solution is that when applied to a screen (as long as you stick to the “Leave for 5 minutes before operating” rule) it feels amazingly smooth on touch. I tried it on my fairly scratched Galaxy Nexus Screen and though it doesn’t work on fixing scratches you can’t feel any of them after applying this liquid though the downside is that you do have to apply it every few days in order to keep this smooth feeling.
The cleaning cloth that comes with the product is great, even as a standalone product as I’ve yet to see even a single micro-fibre being left on a device after cleaning.
If I could create one bullet point to say what I like best about this then it would be hard so instead I’ll create two…
- 50ml goes a VERY long way when your using only 5 drops at a time.
- You can use this on Glasses and other glass based products (and let me tell you, it’s great on glasses).
Is this the best of the cleaning solutions on the market? Who knows, I guess it comes down to individual preferences however if you’re looking for a product recommendation then this one has it.
