The Droid RAZR and RAZR Maxx devices were never fantastically popular devices despite being rather high end devices however they have lacked the Android 4.0 upgrade that many of their competitors who were released around the same time have already had… until now!

Although not officially confirmed by Verizon, the Droid RAZR and RAZR Maxx look to be getting their own taste of ICS come June 12th according to internal sources quoted by CNET

Of course we will be watching for the official announcement but till then, pencil it in as the upgrade date if you have one of the devices.
