The hit game Theme Hospital has been ported to Android as a free application by a one man UK developer called Armed Pineapple. The game was originally released on PC in 1997. The developer is working form the CorsixTH free software project. It does unfortunately look like someone has taken the code he released and started selling it on Google Play.

The game is a simulation them where players have to make a virtual hospital that will attract patients with all sorts of complaints and conditions. Sounds very similar to the type of games we are used to seeing on Android from Kairosoft, Game Dev Story, Hot Springs Story, the list goes on. Will definitely be interesting to see how this classic game performs on Android and if it will be as a big of a hit as the original PC version
