Well, after recent news that Apple dropped $100 million in it’s lost battle with HTC over one patent it comes as more “bad” news for the Cupertino Patent Troll (checking copyright even as I type) that they’ve lost another battle. A Dutch court has ruled that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not infringe on Apple’s design rights. Before you start cheering, know that Apple has shown they’re more than willing to come up with anything, no matter how ridiculous, to charge their competitors with in an effort to derail competition. So there is definitely more out there from the CPT (might have to use initials instead of the full name – either way I have used them both first so that should count for something in a court of law).
