Samsung’s Official Comments on Android 4.1

With some of Samsung’s handsets still awaiting Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) owners will be pleased to know that the company have now released the official statement on the Android 4.1 update (Jellybean)

4.1

"Samsung will be announced as soon as an additional device to provide updates JellyBean. We are the world’s largest manufacturer of smart phones, has developed a smart phone with a new category such as the Galaxy S III and Galaxy Note. Samsung is the Nexus device manufacturer worked the most, I am glad to be provided by the 4.1 JellyBean Android to Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S also. "

So in broken English the update essentially says that the SIII, Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S will all see the Android 4.1 update and the time frame is around Q3 2012.

Will your device ever see Android 4.0 or will it jump straight to 4.1?
