Samsung Exynos 5 Specs Leaked

Earlier today we posted news of a rumour that Samsung plan to place a quad-core CPU into their Galaxy SIII handset that had built in LTE and WCDMA radios.

Now, the specs of the Exynos 5 have been leaked.

In short and summarising the image above, the Exynos 5 is a 32nm A15 core chip  with an ARM Mali T-604 MP4 GPU. Clocked at 2GHz and having two CPU cores, four GPU cores, and 64-bit memory up to 1600MHz the Exynos 5 is said not to be heading to a Mobile Phone in the near future due to the battery.
