Today Samsung have announced another phone in its Galaxy line. This time round we’ve got the Galaxy Ace Plus; an enhanced version of the Galaxy Ace which launched last year.
The phone sports a 1GHz processor, WiFi and HSDPA 7.2Mbps connectivity, 3.64” HVGA display, 5mp camera with LED flash and 1300mAh battery. It comes with Gingerbread with Samsung’s TouchWiz interface and a few Samsung apps.
"Following the huge success of our Android devices last year including the Galaxy Ace and Galaxy S II, we’re aiming for the Galaxy Ace Plus to continue to enhance the strong Galaxy smartphone range we have built to date,” said Simon Stanford, Samsung’s Managing Director, UK & IRE Telecommunications & Networks Division.
“Whilst we saw huge growth in smartphone ownership in 2011, this is set to increase even further this year with the smartphone experience made accessible to a wider audience through the availability of everything from pre-pay to premium devices.”
The device will be available in the UK sometime this year…
