Rockstar games have announced a nice little treat for you gaming fans today in that they are officially bringing Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to Android and iOS by the end of year.
It’s in a celebration of GTA: Vice City’s 10th anniversary which happens this year and withy that we get to experience the awesome Vice City iteration of GTA on mobile now too.
When’s it coming you ask? Well, it’s already being slated before the end of the year, slated and announced as coming for release on the December 6th, 2012.
A select list of Android devices are supported and we will leave that at the bottom of this post, while others will add to that list over time. Costing $4.99 on both platforms in Android and iOS, and let’s not forget on that list below you can see the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is also supported. Great news for owners and lovers of the gaming device, bringing Xperia Play optimization and full controls making the gameplay excellent.
This 10th Anniversary Edition brings the full experience of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to mobile devices, with native high-resolution graphics and several enhancements unique to the iOS and Android platforms including updated character models and lighting effects, new and more precise firing and targeting options, a fully customizable control layout and native support for Retina display devices.
