Imgy is a home screen customisation app, it allows you to cram more onto your screen than your launcher normally allows. There a few of these kind of apps, some taking the text approach, and some like Imgy, that use re-sized icons.
As you can see from the screenshot, Imgy not only works with apps, but also contacts and bookmarks. The more items you add to a widget the smaller the icons become to fit them in, but no matter what I did, the bookmarks always remained tiny.
Selecting the widget contents is a breeze, and unlike some apps of a similar ilk that I have tried, can be edited without the need to create from new each time. Indeed you can set it to automatically add newly installed apps by default. The pro version adds a couple of handy features, allowing you to change transparency settings, and adjust icon size by the amount of use they get, but for most folk, the free version will do just fine.
All in all Imgy is not a bad app (bookmark icon size aside), it is easy to use and does what it is meant to.
