Just when you thought there were more than enough Music Streaming services out there it seems that someone else, an unlikely candidate by all accounts, wants to try and take a shot at this.
Internet browser provider Opera have released a service in Russia named Unlimited Music (sounds very close to Sony’s offering) which like most services is a subscription based service costing 150 rubles per month (about $4.73 or £2.97).
The download and streaming parts of the service will work for now on Android and Windows Phones however iOS users will need to wait as streaming is the only option for them.
If this was to launch mainland the question is, would you use it? Considering the cost is around £2.97 in the UK and the service allows download and streaming, I personally would consider it as a major contender.
