LG’s Quad Core Handset is the Optimus 4X HD

LG are fair throwing out the handsets and what better time to do it than when a number of manufacturers have said they plan to release a lot less handsets this year.

Already the company have announced the Optimus VU, Optimus LTE Tag, Optimus L3, L5 and L7, Optimus 3D Cube (3D Max) and now it’s the turn of an unofficial LG Optimus 4X which followed the unheard of Cayman.

When launched the Optimus 4X will have Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4.7-inch 720p display, eight-megapixel camera, and 21Mbps HSPA data all held in under 9mm of casing.

I have said for months now that LG were the company to watch and I haven’t been proven wrong so far.
