Lenovo just introduced their new IdeaTab the S2109. The tablet was shown off in a short promo video:
Comes with unibody shell and gunmetal finish. It’s 8.9mm thin, has an IPS display for a wider viewing angle and has a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for clearer video conferencing. Comes with SRS Trumedia for an ultimate mobile entertainment experience, Quad speakers for stronger bass, Micro-HDMI, Micro-USB, Latest Android 4.0 Ice-cream sandwich for a smooth interactive interface, 10 hour battery life and much more.
The things left out in the video and in the description is the resolution and the processor. NotebookItalia thinks we will see a 4:3 ratio with a 1024×768 resolution which differs from most of the tablets out their with the 16:10 ratio.
The processor was left out but earlier when the tablet visited the FCC news leaked about having an TI OMAP chip and we think that will stay the same. The tablet will fall behind in power not having the latest Tegra 3 or S4, but it’s a nice looking tablet and overall if it’s for the right price it will be a great device.
