Eh….. what the? I have seen chocolate looking Android handsets and even Android products that are made of solid gold however this one is certainly new on my eyes and makes me question, who would buy a phone like this?
Set for an early February release the iida INFOBAR C01 not only looks pretty unique but it has a hidden front facing camera too (though why we don’t know).
Outside it’s strange look the specs look like this:
- Android 2.3
- Single Core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655T 1.4GHz CPU
- 512MB RAM
- 130 × 52 × 12.3mm (12.5mm thickest part).
- 106g
- 3.2 inch Capacitive LCD
- 854 × 480 FWVGA
- UI: iida UI
- 8.04MP Rear Camera with LED flash, Auto focus HD (720p)
- CDMA2000 (800/2100MHz)
- GSM (900/1800/1900MHZ)
- EV-DO MC-Rev.A (compatible Win High Speed), GPRS
- WiFi 802.11 b / g / n /
- Bluetooth 3.0 + HS
- Li-Ion 1020mAh Battery
So it’s not the worst handset in terms of specs however the design may well be the stumbling block for this handset designed by Sharp.
