Instagram has been an app which has surrounded a lot of different opinions and debate amongst android users even on this site, and with Facebook confirmed to be buying the application rumours started to emerge that a lot of users were in fact deleting their accounts. It would appear however this hasn’t affected the vast majority of it’s users as yesterday it hit a whopping 5 million downloads! I know I have personally been a little bit opposed to Instagram but I have to say a huge well done to them as this is a pretty huge milestone for anyone to hit in the Google Play Store! Definitely one for the Play Store hall of fame – especially due to how quickly it reached this massive number.
