HTC Auto Boot.img Installer One-Click Flashing

Over the recent months one-click flashing tools have multiplied on the XDA website. The development of these one-click-tools is to help the new to moderate users to modify their Android device.
For most rooted users, experience with ADB and Fastboot is generally limited to rooting and the occasional digital voyage into other types of mods. Now, the AT&T HTC One X has a one click process to install boot.img files.

Usually, to flash a boot.img, users have to either use Fastboot or

flash an RUU. The tool is called HTC Auto Boot.img Installer, and it was developed by XDA Recognized Contributor XsMagical. In order to use it, users must have their bootloaders unlocked one way or another.
The zip file includes two scripts. The first script is for when you are booted into Android and the other is for when you’re in Fastboot. Place the boot.img into the appropriate folder and run the script. It’s a simple tool, but it may save time for the less tech savvy or those who don’t wish to download the Android SDK. That said, we firmly believe that everyone should learn basic Android tools such as ADB and Fastboot at some point!
