That’s right! All you developers from the Czech Republic, Israel, Poland, or Mexico can now upload your apps to the Play Store to make a bit of dosh from! You also have the ability to include in-app payments. While before, developers from these countries could upload free apps, the ability to upload paid apps was never a possibility.
