Archos G10 XS Teased In Paris

Android Central

Archos is not the most popular manufacturer for making Android tablets, but they are pretty cheap and decent. Today in Paris, Archos was explaining what they were going to have in 2012, but what caught a lot of people’s eyes was the teaser for their new flagship. The successor to the Archos G9, the Archos G10 XS range, will be sold for around €50 and €150. There aren’t any specifications but it can be told from the price you won’t be seeing a quad-core on our hands. So what’s the point? Well, what they’re trying to get through is the 7.6 mm thin tablet that’s thinner than the new iPad. I personally wouldn’t compare it to the new iPad considering it’s thicker, maybe a better comparison would be to the Toshiba Excite. Also, it comes with a keyboard dock – so buying a separate accessory is not needed. Other than that, the information about this device is pretty vague, but more than likely it will come in Q4 with Ice Cream Sandwich. There is a link to the teaser under this post.
