This application was made by developer, DrWowe over at XDA. This application is solely for the Asus Transformer Prime, and makes overclocking your tablet super easy.
The application works by taking advantage of the Tegra 3 kernel which has the scripts of 1.6GHz built into the system files but not activated. The original clock speed of the Tegra 3 inside the Prime was set to 1.4GHz although it was capable of running 1.6GHz out of the box.
All you have to do is download the application from the link provided below, then open it on the TF201 and grant it super user permissions to access the system files.
The TF201 has three custom modes built in which you can change from power saving mode, to balanced mode, to performance mode, using Asus’ customized setting bar. With this application you can make the performance mode go up to 1.6Ghz. You can even change the other modes to any frequency between 1.6GHz, and 1.6GHz.
Download the application here and enjoy all four cores running at 1.6GHz.
Note: root is required but an unlocked bootloader is not.
