Amazon’s App Store Heading to Europe

It’s been something Amazon have talked about for some time now however nothing has really surfaced on the grounds of getting the App Store they have into Europe or anywhere else for that matter however according to a message posted for app developers it looks like it could be coming sooner rather than later.

Apps will be made available for distribution in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain later this summer, with plans for further global expansion in the future

On top of that, a screenshot showing country specific prices has also been pulled:

The question I guess that remains then is “will we see the Kindle Fire on sale in Europe”?

Would you even buy it if it were to be sold given it’s now almost 1 year old?
