You may have seen me tweet about this earlier today. If you own a Sony Ericsson Xperia Device then you will be happy to know that you are now eligible for a Box account with a whopping 50GB.
If you want it then you simply need to download the box app from the Android Market and register for an account on the app.
Here is the things you need to know about box though:
- Unless you upgrade your account there is no desktop sync or app (unlike dropbox)
- You can invite more users to get the 50GB account but they must have the same domain name as you register your account with (I advise signing up with an @gmail.com address)
- You have till the end of 2012 to sign up and get the account or the offer goes
Despite not having a desktop app it’s still worth having just for the 50GB online storage and sharing facility alone.
