If you haven’t heard of Samsung’s Xcover brand then let me fill you in, they are very much the JCB phone’s of the Samsung brand though till now have never really done anything exciting outside Texting and Phoning.
Step up the Samsung Galaxy Xcover! The Xcover is IP67 certified which means that it is safe against dust, falls and water of up to 1 metre for up to 30 mins.
What make this device so unique is that it’s the worlds first first Android device to have IP67 certification.
Outside its glaringly obvious self it will run on Android 2.3, has a 3.65 inch display that has scratch-resistant tempered glass and will feature a 3.2 MP camera with LED flash.
The phone will be available in Germany and Ukraine from October though we cant say for sure if it’s headed anywhere else soon.
