If you have Honeycomb this app will not work.
No Root Screenshot It has been along time coming, no more do you have to go through the lengthy and time consuming task of setting up your computer with an array of different screenshot programs which only you to take shot when your handset is connected to the computer. I mean who really wants to go find the correct USB Drivers load the Software Development Kit (SDK) or the Java Developers Kit (JDK)? A whole lot of hassle for a screenshot I think so thank goodness for No Root Screenshot It.
OK, it took a bit of time to set this up and you do have to connect your phone to your PC to do so and even I had a bit of a challenge getting it up and running but a quick email to the developer, a fast reply and it was all sorted.
The only draw back is that if you drain the battery or power down you have to reconnect to your PC to enable again, maybe in time the development team will work this minor flaw out.
Once its all set up there are a number of tweak’s you can do to suit yourself, like no delay or up to 15 seconds delay, preview the image and even shake to screenshot (I think I would have called it shake to take). Another excellent tweak is the option to pin the Screenshot in your status bar.
There are two formats in which you can shot PNG and JPEG.
For the money £3.20 this is an excellent app and with a swift response from their development team what more could you ask for? Oh yes please fix the bug when you power down having to enable again.
