If you are a ROM developer or even the type of person that loves to play around flashing ROMS all over the place then bricking your phone is always a HUGE risk and fear. Fear not though my young apprentices, with the help of Google releasing their Galaxy Nexus factory image you can now sleep un-worried at nights after flashing a ROM and making a mistake.
So what is this “factory image” you ask? Well it’s essentially the bootloader, baseband, and the rest of the system which you can flash everything you need to get your phone back to its factory state when it all goes Pete Tong.
