LG looks to be planning a big rollout of some new devices to challenge the competition, and this looks to be the first of them – the LG Nitro HD (aka LG P930), due to hit AT&T December 4. It packs a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3, 1GB of RAM, a 4.5-inch True HD IPS display, Bluetooth 3.0, 4GB of onboard storage, and all the other regulars. It will also be a new addition to AT&T’s 4G LTE lineup. While LG doesn’t explicitly state the type of processor, I think we’d be safe to say it’s similar to what is in the Samsung SGS2 Skyrocket LTE on AT&T as well (dual-core Snapdragon).
What’s looks to be disappointing is the lack of onboard storage (4GB) compared to recent devices (16GB), though it does have a MicroSD slot capable of holding up to a 32GB card so that is partly redeeming. That being said, could this be a resurgence into the market for LG?
